General conditions
1.1 These general conditions are valid for tickets sold by www.myticket.ro (further to be called : "MT") and constitute an Agreement between MT and the visitor who buys tickets on MT (further to be called : the "buyer").
1.2 Eventual general conditions that the buyer might want to imposse on this agreement are explicitly excluded from this agreement and not recognised by MT.
2 When is there an Agreement between MT and buyer
2.1 The agreement comes into effect when the buyer buys a ticket for an event;
2.2 The tickets remain the sole property of MT.
2.3 The buyer has to prove that the ticket he/she purchased is a legal ticket (and not a frauded one). The buyer can only be guaranteed that his/her ticket is legal in case he/she bought it directly from MT (Please keep therefore not only the ticket, but also the RECEIPT for payment of the tickets).
3 Obligations of the buyer
3.1 The buyer is not allowed to sell the ticket to any third person or even to give the ticket away for commercial or promotional purposes.
3.2 The buyer who gives away his/her ticket for free and NOT for any commercial or promotional purposes, has the obligation to inform the person he gives his ticket to of the underlying general conditions which will apply to the person the buyer gave his ticket to.
3.3 If the buyero does not fulfill any and all of the obligations hereabove, the buyer has to pay to MT a fine of the equivalent of 10.000 Euro in local currency immediately and an additional fine of the equivalent of 1.000 Euro in local currency for everyday that the infraction continues. In addition MT can claim additional damages.
3.4 The buyer is obliged to agree to a body search if he/she is asked so while visiting the event.
3.5 The buyer has to be in the possesion of a valid and non damaged ticket before and during an event and as long as he/she is at the location of the event.He has to show his ticket to all official MT or State representative at the first simple request.
3.6 The buyer needs to be able to identify himself at all instances with a legal document, so MT can fulfill all of its legal and security obligations (for example including the obligation not to sell alcohol to minors)
3.7 It is strictly forbidden to bring photo, film and any other audio/video material to the place where an event takes place (an event for which the ticket was bought from MT). Such items will be confiscated for the duration of the event and/or acces to the event will be denied without compensation or restitution of the monies paid for the ticket.
3.8 It is strictly forbidden to bring any kind of glas, plastic bothles, tin cans, fireworks, weapons and/or dangerous items and/or beverages or food to the place where the event takes place. Sucy items will be confiscated and/or acces to the event will be denied without compensation or restitution of the money paid for the ticket.
3.9 Registration of the event in whatever form, including taking pictures, filming and any other form of registration via audio and/or video means is forbidden. All such registrations wil be confiscated and destroyed and you will be expelled from further attending the event without compensation or restitution of the money paid for the ticket.
3.10 If the buyer , once he entered the place of the event, leaves the place of the event, his ticket will not be valid anymore without compensation or restitution of the money paid for the ticket.
3.11 The buyer is obliged to follow any and all instructions given by MT, the owners of the venue, security, police, firedepartment and other legal representatives.
4 Rights of MT
4.1 MT has the right to deny the buyer (further) acces to the venue where the event takes place if MT deems such measure necessary for the (further) quiet and peace of the event.
4.2 If there is a clear case of a non official or faked ticket, MT has the right to deny access to the event to the buyer without any compensation or restitution of costs to the buyer.
4.3 The artist or (upon artist's request) MT has the right to produce audio,- and/or visual recordings of the event for commercial and/or promotional purpuses. Visitors appearing in these recordings will not have the right to any form of compensation or payment in such cases.
5 Force Majeure
5.1 In case of Force Majeure , including in this case illness or cancellation by the artist, strikes, fire, impossible weatherconditions, etcetera MT has the right to postphone the event to another date, to reallocate it to another venue or to cancel the event.
5.2 If the event gets cancelled, MT will pay back to the buyer only the price of the ticket when buyer can show an undamaged valid ticket including the receipt of the purchase within 12 (twelve) weeks of the annuled date.Any service charges or other costs will not be paid back to buyer.
5.3 If the event gets postphoned, the ticket bought for the initial date remains valid. If the buyer can not or does not wish to visit the event at the new date and/or location, he can also get his money back as stated in article 5.1. hereabove.
6 Various
6.1 Entering the place where the event takes place and attending the event is at the buyer's own risk, meaning that MT does not accept any liability for damages like for example hearing, sight or other physical damages.
6.2. MT uses its best efforts to ensure the events take place according to prior announced time shedule. However MT is not liable for changes in this time shedule and for eventual damage that arises from these changes for the buyer.
6.3. MT is not liable or responsable for the content and the way of performing of the program of the event, including the length of the program.
6.4 In order to operate the site and provide you with information on products and services that may be of interest to you, we collect contact information (i.e., address, phone number, email address) and financial information (i.e., credit and debit card numbers). MT does not collect contact or financial information fro people under the age of 16.
6.5 When purchasing tickets on MT, you could be limited to a specified number of tickets for each event (ticket limit). This amount is shown on the event page and s verified with every transaction.
6.6 All ticket prices are shown in RON and all transactions are made in RON.
7 Final conditions
7.1 The Romanian law applies on this and any other agreement between buyer and MT.
7.2 All conflicts eventually arising out of this agreement and any onther agreement between buyer and MT will be handled by the courts of Bucharest.
